SMS marketing: With your permission, we and/or our third-party affiliate, Tradition Media, may send you SMS alerts about our events and other updates.

Internet advertising: Your online data activity with us is used to provide advertising tailored to your particular interests. We may utilize advertising networks to collect information, as described above, to tailor advertising to your particular interests. These advertising networks may be operated by a third-party. The advertising networks use collected information about your visit to our site, such as the products you have viewed, to tailor advertising to you. This collection and ad-targeting takes place on our website as well as third-party websites that also participate in the ad network. SECTION 6 – THIRD PARTIES POLICIES

Our website is hosted on Amazon Web Services through MultiDigital, LLC's hosting service. Our ticketing/ecommerce platform, which allows us to sell our tickets, product(s) and/or service(s) to you, is provided by Gingerbread Shed Corporation. Your data is stored through Amazon Web Services, MultiDigital, LLC and Spectra data storage, databases and general applications. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Form Submission: Our Company uses services offered by The Rocket Science Group d/b/a MailChimp, an online form building service, to capture submission requests. MailChimp submissions are transmitted securely with 128 bit encryption. As stated above, MailChimp is a separate entity from our company. As such, it has its own privacy policies and procedures.

Amazon Web Services, MultiDigital, LLC., MailChimp and Gingerbread Shed Corporation are separate entities from our company. Accordingly, they have their own privacy policies and procedures which can be found at the respective links below.

SECTION 7 – NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS

Subject to the limitations under California Civil Code § 1798.83, if you are a California resident and have an established business relationship with us, you may ask us to provide you with a list of certain categories of personal information that we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year. You may also request the identity of certain third parties that received your personal information from us for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year. You may make a request as described hereinabove once a year.
